I have seen this building in person and its also apparent in the pictures: the spandrel cladding is so much better than even "higher end" projects like 300 Front or the L Tower. Even the shape of the windows is a refreshing change from the usual (and overused) rectangle (that we are seeing on 300 Front and the L Tower).

I gotta admit that it's not as god awful as I'd expected.

I'm anxious to see how that wave on the western side will look once balcony glass goes up. It is very subtle and hard to notice right now but if you look close you can tell it will be quite dramatic assuming they get the balcony glass right. Also some pretty decent window wall if you ask me.
