I just passed through Nathan Phillips Square, and just as I went down from Dundas, my inner skyscraper geek was all to happy to see the core and crane for phase 2. It feels like another piece of the puzzle is filling in here.
I decided on a cooler WB with my phone, just because of the angle...I dont see many images of the skyline from the north end of NPS by the new courthouse:
