I’m confused. The bridge is up and looks “finished” to me. Are they adding 30 days of work for finishing touches?
1 week into it the closure and Bay St. is open today.
Is this intermittent shutdowns. North and/or southbound?
It looks like Yonge St. will be open any minute. Maybe then they can close Bay St.

YES, THE CITY NOTICE DOES SEEM ODD BUT IT DOES NOT SAY BAY IS CLOSED, ONLY THAT WORK WILL BE GOING ON FROM 8PM TO 5AM.
