ha,ha, I think we are really taking this a little too far.
Girls love to shop together, gossip together, go to the bathroom together, etc. so it's natural to show them in groups.

Why? It's so much more interesting this way. Wasn't there supposed to be a gay themed condo somewhere anyways? Maybe this is it and they just need to go further: Chaz Down On Charles? I can just imagine a whole line up of guys named Charles stopping by to inquire.

Condo porn...gotta love it. Yes, X2 marketing people targeted the gay community. The use of hot pink is another cue...but not sure that it translated into sales. Charles is turning into a great residential street.

There was a condo proposed years ago specifically for gay people, but I don't think it ever came to fruition.

The podium/base on this building looks pretty bad. The interior "courtyard" area looks like it'll be surrounded by mostly blank solid walls. The glass sections that appear to be cutouts from the concrete-looking material are a little interesting but not enough to vindicate it in my opinion. The tower portion is a bit different at least.

Market research shows that women make up the majority of home purchasing decisions in NA, and the trend of single professional women buying condos downtown is pretty well known. Maybe some guys will be attracted by the sexy women portrayed as well.... Big deal--sex sells.
