Great shot. The workers have been really quick on the steel assembly, and much of that 4th floor has been built since then. No photo unfortunately.

There is actually a fifth floor on the south western side. Maybe it's a mechanical level? I'll try to take a photo in day light also you can see into the court yard. Looks like there are interior balconies that face into the "secret" courtyard
