I believe this is the same look/wall system aA will be going with for the north and south elevations of their Well towers so if that ends up being the case, it'll be quite nice looking!

I know that there's a lot of praise for the curtain wall, but I'm frankly excited to see the undertones (Whether wood finished or with a color). The glass all by itself still feels a little cold overall.

Is the goal to see occupancy this summer? I'd love to know when the retail tenants are planning to move in (I think Marchelos is one?)

Is it safe to say that this is a good example of how to do spandrel right?

Which is part of what is so frustrating with all the unending bad spandrel around town - a few isolated incidents prove that it actually can be done not so badly.
