Digging it, and am curious when they’re saying occupancy will begin. I’m not familiar with the Marcheleos “chain” of grocers, but they have one over on Wynford, another on Eglinton and appear to have upscaled the Kitchen Table that is in the bottom of Atrium on Bay. Knowing that, and figuring the size, I wonder if they’ll be more Kitchen Table/Rabba than a grocery store.
 
Part of it is that it's a curtainwall on the most prominent / sunlit portions of the building mass, and part of it is the use of shadow boxes behind the glass instead of just using a backpainted glass panel for the spandrels. It creates a lot more visual depth by allowing light into the space behind the glass.
