The advantage of the lightly fritted balcony glass is it's opaque enough to hide most balcony 'clutter', but diaphanous to allow residents to see out.
Faster than using the elevators, but talk about precision unloading...
Plenty of new auburn-toned panels ready for installation...
S lobby...
W side panels are also being installed, but here are views along the east side this morning...
I think this matches the tone fairly well...
