Great shots. You can see the brick they started laying on the second floor (bottom right corner of the last image). Real brick, not fake brick panels. They haven't done anything with it in the past few weeks, though.
 
A letter was recently sent out to phase 1 purchasers outlining a 10 week delay due to the "unusually harsh winter".

Phase 1 was originally supposed to be ready for occupancy in September 2008. This got pushed back to September 2009. And so with this latest news, we're looking for Dec 09/Jan 10+
 
inner city views

believe it was brad lamb (but could be someone else) who said once that people should not expect views when living in the downtown core, especially on lower floors. even with glass, will it have any south facing views with charlie and hudson right there? and still people love the building.

I'm not sure how views of Charlie and The Hudson play into a purchaser's decision to go for a lower floor on Boutique - they're a couple blocks away and on different streets. You would not be able to see them anyways.
