One doesn't usually get this close to watching something like this. The HVAC unit going up on Phase 2 of Boutique.

How long before some Parkour expert (also known as Freerunning) or a kid with a video cam, comes down the building by jumping from one balcony to the one below, all the way to the podium?

Great way to rob one of the higher units and to evade the cops! LOL
