I didn't see them on when I was out Thursday night. I read Peerper's comment and went to have a look but it was dark.

I caught them on this morning at 5:20am, they weren't on an hour before that (I smoke on the balcony & I face Aura 1/2 mile away).

I was walking to work this morning at 605 AM and they were off by then.
I think they are turning them on at that time because they don't want people like us to promote the fact. I expect a major marketing drive when they are ready to show them properly for the "first" time.

It is dark and dreary down there and the stores are all very very small. There is nothing to draw anyone down there really. College Park has large stores and a Metro in the underground as an anchor.
