Why do lighting features never work on new buildings in this city? Have architects forgotten how to do lighting? Is it a matter of stinginess, where the lighting feature is done perfunctorily because it’s seen as a frill or something?
What do the games and lighting a private condo/retail complex have in common? Nothing. The developer get nothing by speeding things up especially if it costing them money to do so.

Why is everyone putting pressure on Canderel? If anything we should be protesting Trump, its been how many years and there's still no lighting there.
