Just love how the tower angles out towards Yonge st. Reminds me of Hancock Place in Boston.
From Skyscraperpage.com Hey, after BAC and Trump I though it couldn't get any better with regards to Toronto skyscraper construction. But now I see the true overlord of Toronto Skyscraper construction, and it's name is Aura. One Bloor and ICE will NOT be able to match this beast in anyway. As far as I am concerned its up to the proposed supertalls to beat this thing in category awesome.
I see you have been swayed by our powerful and dark overlord, he welcomes all with open arms. Come, lets us worship him at the alter he stands upon
Although rumor is One Bloor is trying to best it(with that potential 5 floor increase), even still it would be shorter and smaller than this beast. In fact only 2 skyscrapers(buildings over 150m) in Toronto - FCP(2,700,120 sq ft) & Scotia(1,600,140 sq ft), will be more massive than it;
Aura;
1,300,000 sq/ft (not including the 3 additional floors)
It will surpass or just about equal all the following in floor area;
Toronto-Dominion Bank Tower;
over 1,300,000 sq/ft (26,476 sq/ft per floor x56)
