...for those of us who are used to staring at grey developments all the time, this one is hard to look at.

What a bananas building! I appreciate the desire to do something different, but I wish the desire to be unique had been married to some sense of proportion and balance.
It looks more like it just went through a process of accretion, not so much one of construction.
