I was out here yesterday, having a look at Walter Saunders Memorial Park for @Johnny Au and the Problematic Park Design thread.
Since I was there, a single pic of this one, to see how its holding up.
You know what? .......... This one is a quirky, contemporary, colourful build that somewhat references the industrial past of the area...... and it works.
Nicest building on this stretch of Dufferin, that much can be said for sure.
