Hahaha, considering the location, its far from a bore...
strange how people tend to forget that a couple years ago the place was a dump...great development and nice addition to the neighbourhood

^ Congrats on your purchase, Crimson Shadows. The area is improving...but when you take occupancy remember to be vocal about things like this below...because when you spend $300k-$400k on the biggest investment of your life...you don't need neighbours doing this to their balcony and graffiti tags that aren't cleaned up. You are part of improving the area, too. Protect your investment!

You should had seen that baloney earlier this week as it was a garbage dump.
Plastic bags were pile up to the top of the railing. Either is unit had just moved in, or the standard catch all storage place you can find theses days.
Unless there is a gas line for baloney barbeques for this building at 2, someone on the Queen St has one on the Baloney.
Same can be said for 75 Portland for barbeques.
Those balconies in the lane-way between the 2 building offer nothen to the owners, as they will never see sunlight at all.
As noted in the posting for the next phase, not sure if this tower crane will be used for the first phase, but will block the view of the units until that phase is built, as well being very close to them.

^^^Fashion House was a much more expensive project in a high end area. Need to compare apples with apples.
