Very nice - particularly liked how there's going to be a "portal" between the tower and podium for the driveway. Thanks a ton tridelwebmaster!

So the balconies are going to illuminate? Right.

Well, from the bottom it might actually look that way. The light from the unit below will illuminate the balcony above it.

It's obviously exaggerated though, as renderings usually are.

Has anybody discussed the health issues associated with living next to an electrical transfer station? Wireless door openers for your car don't work in that parking lot due to the electro-magnetic interference.

Well, that's July's winner for best renderporn, and I am either in love or lust. Only time will tell which.

Well if you read this thread, you'll see it's been talked about more than once...

I'd chime in on this too, but the chime doesn't seem to be responding.

I don't like how the sidewalks are cut away with large-radius corners to accommodate the driveway though. Doesn't seem very pedestrian friendly. The driveway should go up and over the sidewalk.

Looks great otherwise.

Those renders are stunning. This has just jumped into my top five residential projects underway in the city. Hopefully when it's done I'll be able to consider renting a unit here.
