It'll probably end up being a high-end boutique-type place, like the Rimowa luggage store on St. Thomas just north of Sultan. I mean, it's also across from ground-floor commercial (professional offices, not retail) across the road so it's appropriate for the surroundings. Whether it'll actually be successful for the retail tenants, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Why is there ground floor retail here? There is no other retail on the entire block to the west and most of the block to the east and north. It feels very isolated.
Hats off to HP once again. 2 St. Thomas' use of stone is a classy complement to the building next door (is it the McKinsey Offices?).
They designed both.
