Similar quality/reminds me of the Garrison in Fort York or that rental building at Church and Isabella, 66 Isabella. That’s not a good thing. Very cheap podium.
Land prices are incredibly high, construction costs are through the roof, not everybody can afford premium buildings, and in fact most cannot. Maybe that's part of the reason why most buildings aren't world-beaters.You'd think with real estate prices what they are in Toronto we'd be one city where cheap materials were rarely/never used. It's not like 1 bedroom units are $300,000.
