Disappointing. I just don't get why they went so cheap here.
Because Sherbourne & Wellesley isn't exactly upscale. And because developers know that everything and anything sells in this town. And because investors don't care about quality materials on building exteriors, or even building interiors. Still, this building is a marginal step up from the no-name gas station that was there before.

Not all builders think like that. While the bottom line is the most important thing, some builders at least try to build something that is attractive. The rental building by NoFrills used better building materials. What does that say about this builders lacklustre attempt?

Yes it’s better than the gas station but is that’s a really low bar.
