^ Yes, they own a major portion of MLSE and all of Cadillac Fairview. The OTPP is seeking gains with multiple ventures. One being real estate through CF, another by means of sports and entertainment through MLSE and the revenues generated from the Leafs, Raptors, Marlies, TFC, etc.

Then why does it mention in Forbes article that they have interests in the two condominium projects adjacent to the arena.Would that not include the Ice condos?

Probably meant buildings, not projects. I wouldn't consider the Ice location "adjacent" to the arena
