Aside from the swiss-cheese top hat the taller tower is topped out. On the shorter tower it seemed like nothing much happened for a while at the top of the building while they worked on the mechanicals as well as installing the framing to hold the final cladding at the top. I think that's the same thing happening here.

in second pic if you look at the swiss-cheese top of shorter tower, it looks like slanted or thick from one side. I am confuse.

Easily the best roof cheese anywhere, and I'm not usually a fan of Swiss. Give me some Dutch Beemster any day, although I'm not sure how a thick wheel of that would work on a roof.
