Actually I don't think the excavated base shown in the pic falls within the footprint of either tower - so chances are you will see two more crane foundations.

The first crane for ICE is being installed. As of last night the tower part was up, but not the boom.

Maybe change your keyboards language perhaps? Otherwise use Word, and you should be able to umlaut through that.

ASCII code is 207, so just enter 207 while holding down the Alt key (like this: Ã). Note: this only works with the number pad on the right hand side of your keyboard (doesn't work with the top row of numbers). If you're using a laptop, it might be easier to go to Word, click on "insert", "symbol"...and in that dialogue you can just look for it, or enter the 207 ASCII code at the bottom of the dialogue box.

I believe it was discovered that if the correct pronunciation were followed, Ãce would be pronounced like "Ace". Actually, "Ace Condos" would not be too bad a name itself.
