Toronto Ïce Condominiums at York Centre | 234.07m | 67s | Lanterra | a—A

According to the Toronto Star, Ice is 94% sold (remaining units from $480,900 for 770 s.f. to $896,900 for 1,357 s.f. Feb 2013 occupancy) while Ice 2 is 91% sold (remaining units from $381,900 for 514 s.f. to $781,900 for 1,042 s.f. Winter 2014 occupancy).

Wow, 94% and 91% sold ..wont be long before we hear about a proposal for an Ice-3 and Ice-4, well maybe it will be called something else to do with hockey.

The obvious name for the next hockey-themed condo is "Score!"
