I was on the phone today with a person in Winnipeg. He mentioned it might snow there tonight.

I do'nt want to see any snow for a long time, but all the weather forecasts are saying we're going to see lots of it this year. Most of the time they are so gloom and doom, that I don't believe them. We'll just have to wait and see.

Actually, Environment Canada forecasts that it will be warmer than normal and that there will be less precipitation than normal through the end of the year.
