If he wasn't at rehab this entire time, he's even more done.

I am not sure it matters WHERE he spent the last 2 months - the bottom line is that he has major addiction problems and if he has had little or no treatment it won't be long before they resurface again and THAT will be what finally gets him out of our lives.

It all depends on how much money the Fords are willing to spend on mayoral camping. Remember, they have already spent a shitload of money on Rob in the last 3 years, and camping gets very expensive, if you do it right. They know he's toast as mayor, so I can't see them throwing away cash for a mayoral run. The only hope he has is to run for councillor, and even that might not go as planned. Most people just want him and his brother to go away.

RoFo's campaign office had a Yellow.ca/canada411 listing as "camping office" & it's kinda stuck since.. There is a shop of the office in Scarborough saying "camping office" as well.

he problem is that Chow and Tory will be unable to attack using the rehab as vacation line as it could make them look bad.

There is still no concrete infallible proof that he wasn't at rehab this whole time, so Tory and Chow wouldn't have a leg to stand on. But if a media outlet can publish a story, that all changes.

Rob and Doug better hope that he really was in rehab the entire break, and not at the cottage.

it doesn't matter if he comes back with a full head of hair, a six-pack and weighing 180 lbs, he needs to be asked the question that every alcoholic in his position would be asked:
have you stopped drinking? can you guarantee that have you have completely stopped drinking?

no ifs, ands, or buts about it. no weasel words. it's a simple yes or no.

if he stays sober until October 27, it will be very obvious to everyone. he's still going to lose, but he will actually have accomplished something for the first time in his life.

The thing I've been so baffled about, for months, is why he hasn't been nailed 100% for any of the above, or for any other of his sloppy, half-assed schemes. WHY is there not a clear-cut "Rob has not been in rehab, and here's proof" story? Would it have been that hard for ONE reporter to simply tail him for a few days as he's been out and about in cottage country, maybe staying at a luxury resort or at his cottage? Why can't this seem to happen? I just don't get it.
