Interesting question. I do believe that Metroman, about a month or two ago, mentioned that the Siad video may not have been the only video of him engaging in illicit activities.
If there are reasonable probable grounds to lay additional charges, that will take place. (quoting Blair)

Blair does say it's consistent with what was described in the media and that the Mayor does appear on it. It is THE video (and there's a second one too).

How is this a vindication for the police? Despite a having a mountain of evidence that Ford was involved with drug dealers they did not obtain a warrant for Fords home or car?
With respect to those other matters, I think there is a discussion that will take place (Blair) ... won't comment on it now though
