I haven't seen any news of Ford arriving at city hall. I wonder if he drove to a police station and turned himself in? Maybe this is what the press conference by Bill Blair is about?

This one is interesting because it actually involves the Deco business; some of the allusions about it being a front is not so funny now.

The second meet with Lisi in Weston Wood park (pg 301) is far more damning evidence that the Mayor drank and drove after pounding back a bottle of vodka.

Yeah, but it's not as interesting as how mysterious white bags gets swapped between Ford and Lisi in a public place without them acknowledging each other. It's stuff straight out of fiction.

There's gotta be something bigger here. If the wiretaps reveal anything of interest, it would appear by all accounts that the police had everything they needed to make a bust at any of these meetings. So the question is why didn't they? Either they let this go on while they were developing a bigger case, or they were corrupt and let Ford get away with it. With this coming out into the public, TPS had better have something it hasn't revealed yet, or it is going to look really bad for them.
 
Blair is speaking now.

They are in possession of a recovered video file that contains video images which appear to be those images which were previously reported in the press.
