2 twenty storey office towers eh? That's pretty impressive, most of the offices that have been built in the 905 are 10 stories and below. Does anyone know which block they will be in? Ideally they should be as close to GO or VIVA as possible.

Heh, yeah when I checked the place out last summer basically the only sign of life was the sound of crickets and the occasional VIVA bus rolling by. It was rather bizarre... It was on the weekend (or was it a holiday?), so there was no construction. I did see a couple others checking the place out though (probably buyers). The place should be more interesting in a few years.

The 20 story office building is mixed use and that's likely to chnage i.e. it won't be 20 stories

I love to sit at unionville in the mornings waiting for the GO train and to watch the cranes for this project move back and forth... there is something very calming about it.

Yea I see it in person ... not bad ... some attention to detail ... but ... way too much of the same architecture in this block.

Oh the retail plaza is mostly finished as well ... its ... well ... still very suburban in nature but high quality finishings throughout.
