^^ Care to explain your point?
I mean, to me it's looks just fine, for what I see from those photo the overall quality material seems ok, I like the warmth of the bricks, less the beige precast, and the black sprandel doesn't look bad compared to any other average condo we have see in these years. Granted, it's not an architectural masterpiece, and the whole project isn't really much "urban" but hey, this is Markham so I think it'll be fine once better retails will be established. I think we should stop scream "awfull" to every average condo project like this one just because they are not minimalist all-balcony-glossy-boxes from some big architectural firm.

I agree it's really not "terrible" ... I find, and more so lately ... here on UT we seem so quick to throw out the "TERRIBLE" word, if it's not great, it must "suck" ...

Anyway I don't mind this, what I don't like is how all the buildings in the complex essentailly looks the same, sometimes this can work but not here I find, I'd much rather it have been more of a mix.

Also, maybe someone can answer, the Hi-way 7 frontage is terrible (uh oh, did I just use such a word ... but I ment it ; ) I think there are plans to do streetscaping here but the fronting of the condos themselves is reallt bad, why not retail directly on to 7 ??
