17 Executive Orders signed.

An order to establish a new White House office coordinating the response to the coronavirus,
Halting the process of withdrawing from the World Health Organization
.Ended the emergency order that allowed the border wall near Mexico to be built;
Bolstered the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, which protects immigrant children from being deported;
Ended the muslim-ban; (the order precluding citizens from six Muslim majority countries from obtaining Visas to go to the U.S.)
Decreed that non-citizens should be included in the census count.
Signed a document to begin the process of re-entering the Paris climate accord
Issued a sweeping order tackling climate change, including revoking the presidential permit granted to the contentious Keystone XL oil pipeline.
Signed an order reversing rollbacks to vehicle emission standards;
Reversed the cut the size of several national monuments; (a uniquely US concept, the 'national monuments' power is typically used by U.S Presidents to set aside land for National Parks, but the latter requires Congress.)
Enacting a temporary moratorium on oil and natural gas leases in the Arctic;
Signed an order to put together a group to focus on the social costs of climate change
He also signed an order ending the 1776 Commission, a report historians said distorted the role of slavery in America.
Biden revoked Trump’s order to limit federal agencies and other institutions to hold diversity and inclusion training.
The president extended a federal moratorium on evictions and asked agencies to to prolong a moratorium on foreclosures for federally guaranteed mortgages.
Biden continued the pause on student loan repayments to at least September.
Biden also established ethics rules for his administration and put a freeze on all new regulations put into motion before Trump left the White House

Keystone is missing from that list (unless it's part of one of those -- lists I have seen have pulled it out as the key point)

Wow, Trump's "legacy" will be toast in no time at the rate Biden is going at. He means business. Apparently he's going to sign another 10 or so orders today. It's unprecedented.

I don't know why this isn't standard. They have months to prepare orders and legislation, they should have something ready to go on the first day you would think.
