Oh, I stand corrected, that is Shangri-La I was looking at, which also accounts for why it's so much larger. It hadn't occurred to me that it would appear so close to Ritz and RBC.

Amazing Work Maldive
That rendering is amazing. It has the Festival Tower yes but also the Met and Ritz in far greater detail than before. Casa looks good also. I can see M5V and Crystal Blu - it looks outstanding. Maybe one of the best future renderings I have ever seen. All the other good ones have been done by the same person all the time. So big up and props to Maldive for the hard work.
