The building is been form for grade level and should be 100% pour by the end of the month.

Really ? I find the project decent to be honest for the area ... adds some freshness as this stretch is heavily dominated by precast buildings from the late 1990 / early 2000 era. The quality of the glass seems decent and unlike typical tridel developments the spandrel isn't dull and dreary

Taken today:

I would say I think the colour of the glass looks fairly fresh for this area and the gun metal colour looks good as well. The overall look of the building looks pretty much as it did in the rendered photos. Although the shape is a bit boxy, its not offensive nor is it too unique. Overall I think it looks fairly nice. Some of the corner suites actually look like they should be pretty airy feeling from the inside if they do wrap around with 3 different exposures.

Update (not that anyone else cares, but for the sake of history…)

Apparently P+S wanted their name taken off this building. The webpage that I linked to above was delinked from the rest of the official website for the building, and was only found through a search. P+S say they were only involved at the beginning, and then taken away from them. Maybe it went to Burka Architects for the working drawings? Burka certainly are (were) Pemberton's go-to guys for most of their run-of-the-mill projects, but now that Burka is reportedly extinct, it will be tough to confirm that as Pemberton themselves prefer to never answer questions.

So, in case the link in the post above dies as some point, here's a screenshot for posterity's sake:
