That's a great view of the site, and with second by second updates as well. I think the thing I'm most looking forward to with this project is the plaza between the buildings. It will also be good to have an extension of PATH.

Do you mean they are pouring at ground level? That would mean they will soon be above ground.

Ground floor where the stump was located was poured today. That will be the courtyard. Work on the base of BA (4 floors down) has started.

Well I'm guessing that it is test cladding. Why else would they be putting that up there?

True enough. But I figured with a development like this, Brookfield would have at least tried to make a statement with the glass/cladding.

Let's hope this cladding is just for the PATH Entrance, and the good stuff is being saved for the tower portion.

meh? It looks like shit. Even the cheapest residential window wall currently being used looks better than this. One can only hope that it is only the glass (which isn't the greatest either) is being tested
