Work continues on phase one of Residences of Avonshire in Toronto. The project includes construction of two, 21-storey towers with over 400 units and garden villas.

General contractor is Deltera Inc.

The owner is K & G Group and the project was designed by Kirkor Architects.

Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Novatrend Engineering Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).

Shocker of the year! It looks much less beige (ie, much better) than the renderings suggested. Not appallingly bad, just simply another missed opportunity to show off NYCC's architectural greatness from the 401.

You do realize you're comparing a condo to a uni rez

I'm a huge supportor of Trump being stricken from the skyline for crimes against humanity but, Avonshire "quality" would only make things worse.

Does anyone know if the townhomes are still available? I don't like the congestion in the area but the townhomes with the rooftop terraces look pretty amazing.
