Hmm... is the hotel portion significant?
I'm unsure how to list these buildings - a) Both Residental, b) Both Residential & Hotel, c) One Residential, one Both.

The towers only contain condo units. The hotel is 9 floors in the podium in an area seperate from the condos.

There's enough talk of it, so I added RoCP to the list at ~70 floors.
We'll see what kind of announcements we get during summer.

According to this document www.toronto.ca/legdocs/2006/agendas/committees/te/te060509/it006.pdf, the heights of Bay Adelaide Centre are:
West Tower: 50s - 218 metres
East Tower: 43s - 180 metres
North Tower: 49s - 162 metres

The height of the office component in the East Tower is 128 metres, and they are recommending that it be increased to 158 metres. Hopefully they will decide to increase the overall height from 180 metres to 210 metres.

check out pgs 28 and 29 they show east and west elevations on both pages ,but arent the north and south elevations supposed to be on pg 29
