Hudak just held a photo op on the PACE construction site criticizing the governments renovations of this building and (GASP!) spending money to house employees, trying to tie this into the MaRS non scandal.

I dare him to show up at say St. Caths or Guelph to do that at the local Ministry offices - and he doesn't seem to have any issue spending hundreds of M for this instead:

Walked past today and noticed work going on; on the exterior.

There are '21 dated permits, but none that seem to apply to the exterior.
