According to the website, 1 Bloor E. will comprise 79 floors, above and below ground.

The key may be here... who knows how many of the floors are underground. If ten of them are..then the 205m may be feasible.

This corner should probably have a 300m tower if the street level is done right..but that probably won't happen.

Interesting question is why they selected to build in Toronto, of all places.

because the sedimentary rock beneath toronto which is our condo market is much more stable to build on than the shifting sands of the desert.
