Speaking of deficiencies, anyone here have plan 22 (units 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901)? I have a major defect where the bedroom sliding door handle hits my wall and thus does not close. I noted it during by PDI but when I got my keys today all they did is remove the handle. Now the door slides...

What is everyone doing for curtains/blinds? Is there a 'group buy' planed? I'm surprised that 550 didnt include blinds (or at least give us a good group buy rate) so all the units would have the same look/feel.

Why are your neighbors not happy? Did they not look at the plans or the scale model? It was pretty obvious that some balconies were going to be close based on the buildings design. I dont understand why people get upset on things they should have noticed the first time. Some times I think...

Just completed my PDI today. Not really that bad, but I've done condo pdi's before and I have read this forum so I knew what to expect. Took lots of pictures (even a video) especially of common elements that people were asking for. If you are interested, my album is posted here...

Got mine as well. Dec4th to Jan6th - 6th floor Anyone have any idea when this building will become registered? I always hear 4-12 months after occupancy, but does anyone have a more accurate timeline?
