Great location to be in the heart of Yorkville. If they fail to sell well, then maybe convert them to luxury rentals similar to their rental building in the same block.

How is it a bigger failure? What is considered an ugly building? What is considered better quality? Hindsight is always 20/20.

Would it be the developer or the architect that should pay more attention to the details? KPF was the architect on the Parade project and I'm sure they paid quite a bit for this well-know firm to do the design of the building.. likely, they will use p+s to design this building keep costs down.

The overall impression was good. The finishes were coming along great and fit the boutique nature of the building. Lots of natural light in the workout facilities.
