    yes, i have... but considering the tube network is more massive, London is much bigger than Toronto, in area as well as in population (plus tourists) the tube is better than TTC

    no nothing like that, you will neighbors in the building, it makes sense to give them a heads-up if there's some sort of noise coming out of your unit. But again, I don't know for sure, find out more details from your RE lawyer
