    Toronto Mirabella Condominiums | 120m | 38s | Mirabella Dev Corp | Scott Shields

I don't mean to be negative but I drove by this the other evening and was a little disappointed at the way the car garage looks when lit up at night. You can see all the cars right against the window, stacked on top of each other. I thought they may try to conceal it a little better. Not an...

    Toronto Therme Spa/West Island at Ontario Place | 45.15m | 9s | Therme Group | Diamond Schmitt

HA...I think you may have spooked them as they no longer offer an "other" option where you can add freeform text. The only option I am getting is A) private sector should give back or B) taxpayers should pay. And, if I select taxpayers, I do not get an option to add a comment. I...

Toronto Bathurst Quay Revitalization | ?m | 2s | City of Toronto | Kearns Mancini

I was in Montreal a few weeks ago and was really impressed with their art installation, Cite Memoire. It projected incredible images/video of the history of Montreal onto the side of buildings in the old Port area. It was so well done and drew big crowds. By watching the videos, we...

    Toronto Lower Don Lands Redevelopment | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto

I happened to be in the area and decided to check it out. I didn't snap any pics as I was in my car but will go back on my bike later for a more detailed inspection. My reaction though is it looks really good. In particular, the view crossing the bridge while travelling North is amazing...

    Toronto Union Centre | 298m | 54s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

I wish they would provide a winter render with these projects that have a lot of green spaces integrated into the design. I always wonder how it will look in winter when the ivy is just branches and not as lush. Or, could they be using plants that would stay green during a Toronto winter...

    Toronto Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

This is exciting and will make an impact. Great to see!! I just hope they allocate some of those funds to fixing up the exterior as well. It could use some sprucing up.

    Toronto Ontario Line 3 | ?m | ?s

Apologies if this has already been discussed but I didn't see anything on the recent pages so figured I would ask. I am curious how the Ontario Line construction process will compare to The Crosstown. They are both relatively similar length in length (CT is 19km/25 stations while OL is...

46-54 Ossington Ave (Hullmark, 3s, Audax)

This turned out really, really good! Saw it live on the weekend and was very impressed. Would love to see this repeated over and over in the city. :)

    Toronto June Callwood Park | ?m | ?s | City of Toronto | gh3

The fence surrounding this park came down recently and it’s finally open again. I don’t really recall what this looked like before the renovation but I know it was not well liked or used. I still say this is not appealing or what I would want in a park but will admit I did see some people...

i like the proportions this will add to the area. seems like a lot of spandrel though. hopefully the balcony treatments will mask it well.

Toronto Bathurst Quay Revitalization | ?m | 2s | City of Toronto | Kearns Mancini

This is great news! The Bathurst Quay waterfront renovation just keeps getting better and better. With Little Norway, the Music Garden and now this new park, there will be no shortage of nice waterfront parks in the area!! Kudos to all involved in making this happen. My only wish is it...

    Toronto Ontario Place | ?m | ?s | Infrastructure ON

Was walking in Trillium park and noticed these new structures currently being worked on. They are bird feeders designed for barn swallows. Likely some other species may nest on top but the bottoms are set for barn swallows. no birds have set up yet as it’s still under construction but...

    Toronto Ontario Line: King-Bathurst Station | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | HDR

So does this mean they will be turning 668 King Street into a station too? I am happy they are keeping these heritage buildings but it does suck losing two structures that make for really nice retail/restaurant atmospheres. On the other hand, they will be cool subways stops :)
