It’s glazed tile on the ground floor and painted brick above, but still looks nice.
I do wish glazed brick is used more often, but it’s 7 times expensive than regular brick.
Is it offices and apartments on the upper floors? It would be cool to see how those spaces turned out.

This turned out really, really good! Saw it live on the weekend and was very impressed. Would love to see this repeated over and over in the city.

That green facade is gorgeous. I'm usually against painting brick, but when that level of care is taken, go right ahead. Street level done right.
