the neighbours probably thought it would be a good luxury addition to the neighbourhood while increasing their real estate value. IMO, development = progress = increase value (since the starting price is from mid $400,000!).

hm...what was your source?? i'm sure this would get alot of purchasers frustrated. However, i'm sure the Commitment form had something stating the established price that will not increase if purchased before certain date.

yup. i received an occupancy date that was almost 5 months after the guys on the lower floor (2nd floor). So my guess is that the builder will likely send out a more accurate occupancy date from the lower floor up as time gets closer. So i guess generally, people on the lower floor will...

well, if residents decided not to move in to their units in their occupancy date than sure the building can be registered before all units are occupied. Also, the builder may not necessarily sell out all their units but the building may still be registered. However, it is possible but unlikely...

The condo unit that i'm currently looking at has a great floor plan, high floor and exposure, etc...however, the main problem is that the unit is next to the garbage chute. From your experience or stories that you have heard, how bad is it really? It is a unit in the high floor so the noise...

Where should i start looking for a printer/fax/copier for my office...the ones at at Futureshop are very limited. they can only scan 8.5x11. i'm looking for something that is for office use (so i need one that can scan 8.5x14). any suggestions or recommendations would help. Thanks in advance.
