More work been done in last month than Vandyk has done in years. All pillars for underground parking appear to be done no big mud puddle anymore. New piece of equipment brought in on Saturday…all we need is an update

At this point who knows, crew was there in Saturday as well. An update would be great for us all instead of us assuming or speculating

Working there they assumed not temp, they are working in site so assume project still going on. As I said earlier all we need is communication

Winterizing, cement repairs to walls and working in underground. The guys I spoke to had no idea what was going on with project. Were shocked when I explained it was in receivership

Soooo if we have to wait for property to be sold could be a long wait for deposits being returned, work is being done at site by a company called 911 Construction. Somebody should be communicating with us

Explain why deadline is no longer in play? Missed deadline? You would think the courts would have sympathy for the 300 buyers that we are waiting for our money

If this is the case I hope we get an update very soon. There is another company on site doing cement repair work for last couple weeks

Will the courts make a decision tomorrow re cancelling project? I thought that is what Jan 31 date was for?

Drove past site today, lots of workers present. I spoke briefly with worker who wouldnt say who he worked for but did say they are fixing the wall that is crumbling on the north side. Had orange spray paint marked where was being repaired. Workers handing down buckets of cement they were using...

Work starting up again…possibly

Just drove past site new equipment down in hole sitting on wood. Hole looks like a swamp. Few white trucks on site few more up back but no names of company on trucks. Doesnt look good for getting deposits back

How can you not be angry we have been kept in the dark with all the “no progress” updates. Nothing but promises to buy time

At this point that would be a bonus…with interest and what about our legal bill?

There is another Vandyk property Highgrove II on Cawthra with nothing started. Sign has beenup a few years
