    Toronto AYC Condos | 92.05m | 27s | Metropia | TACT Architecture

The crown looks good and definitely helps it stand out even more in the area.

    Toronto The Bread Company | 67.8m | 20s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

Don't be silly, the existing building isn't even of heritage quality. ;)

    Toronto Crosstown Community: Generations (Block 5A) | 92m | 27s | Aspen Ridge | a—A

Looks pretty good. By mixed-use, is this going to be office or hotel? It'll be nice to see some variation of usages in this future community.

    Toronto The Rosedale on Bloor | 185.92m | 55s | Gupta | Arcadis

One of the slowest rising buildings in the city, but good to see this finally above ground.

    Toronto Eighty One Wellesley | 97.53m | 28s | Aragon Properties | Core Architects

I forgot that this was supposed to be a 28 storey building, which is decent height for Church & Wellesley. With the foundation and first couple floors in tact now, hopefully this can start rising quicker.

    Toronto Dupont Towns | ?m | 3s | Originate

Surprised to see excavation type work begin already. Although the architecture here on these townhomes are quite decent, I do agree that this should have been a mid-rise. Higher density usage should be encouraged around Dupont station.

    Toronto The Davies | 30.48m | 9s | Brandy Lane | CMV

Those spandrel bits look pretty accurate to the renderings so far. Hope the brick being used is good quality.

    Toronto 159SW Condos | 118.87m | 36s | Alterra | Richmond Architects

The dark cladding on the tower is decent, but the brown podium is a huge letdown.

    Toronto Via Bloor | 138.37m | 46s | Tridel | a—A

Love the curved tower, this is going to be a great gateway when viewing and entering downtown from the east.

The One was recently featured in an Architectural Digest article on Jan 31, 2020: https://www.architecturaldigest.com/story/this-85-story-foster-and-partners-tower-will-transform-torontos-skyline There's also this article on CoStar about its work stoppage that came out today, although it's...

    Toronto Galleria On The Park | 143.86m | 42s | Almadev | Hariri Pontarini

Nice to see this begin, that's some pretty epic demolition going on.

    Toronto The Brixton | 45.41m | 12s | CentreCourt | Graziani + Corazza

Seems like they've scrapped the beige/yellow and red/orange brick shown in the renderings, and are going with grey instead. The brick actually looks to be quite decent so far, it's just the window wall that remains subpar.

    Toronto 655 Queen West | 34.2m | 9s | Trinity Group | Teeple Architects

Looks better than the previous renderings https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/655-queen-st-w-bathurst-trinity-group-8s.29823/

    Toronto Maven | 26.52m | 7s | Empire | Rafael + Bigauskas

As far as precast concrete and brick goes, this is looking pretty decent. Hope they use good quality glass.

    Toronto Montgomery Square | 84.12m | 27s | Rockport Group | RAW Design

Good to see progress on the retail, but it would have looked cleaner without the green flaps over the windows IMO.

    Toronto 50 Scollard | 147.62m | 41s | Lanterra | Foster + Partners

Wouldn't be surprised if this lags around until Spring before they start excavation.

    Toronto Theory Condos | 101.49m | 30s | Parallax | Arcadis

Looks to be following the renderings pretty accurately so far. The podium is mostly clad in glass. Spandrel seems to be be minimal and mainly starts on the tower.
