I forgot that this was supposed to be a 28 storey building, which is decent height for Church & Wellesley. With the foundation and first couple floors in tact now, hopefully this can start rising quicker.
Surprised to see excavation type work begin already. Although the architecture here on these townhomes are quite decent, I do agree that this should have been a mid-rise. Higher density usage should be encouraged around Dupont station.

Seems like they've scrapped the beige/yellow and red/orange brick shown in the renderings, and are going with grey instead. The brick actually looks to be quite decent so far, it's just the window wall that remains subpar.
Looks to be following the renderings pretty accurately so far. The podium is mostly clad in glass. Spandrel seems to be be minimal and mainly starts on the tower.
