I am so glad the Annex Residents Association is working so hard to keep density low in the neighbourhood so that working families who make $400k+/year can move into these homes in the low $2 millions.
 
Surprised to see excavation type work begin already. Although the architecture here on these townhomes are quite decent, I do agree that this should have been a mid-rise. Higher density usage should be encouraged around Dupont station.

I think it's okay especially given the size of the lot. Precedent is already being set by larger buildings in the area and it's nice to have a mix of forms. Although I would like to see more retail and commercial spaces along the south side of the street in general.
