Connect is the 2nd phase of the bridge, been seeing ads around.

the last time i saw they had the crane up and stuff, dont know whats the progress now though but driving in the area there are signs up saying "guaranteed move in 2010" so we'll see what happens did you buy a spot there?

cool, ya dont know what happened to Streetcar, I remember seeing that up for the longest time, guess no one no one was interested in buying it

so it looks like they making progress, Bohemian Embassy down the street looks to be making progress too, think they got their parking lot done then on the next flooors.......

do you know when they starting to promote CONNECT? didnt see anything on their website so far looks the progress is good from what ive seen from the pictures!

As of 7/25/2008 for the Bridge... they have started digging!

occupancy is may 2010 but with delays, im guessing some time in 2011

i dont think they sold that fast... if west side lofts started in 06.... the bridge i think theres still a lot of units left, but they doing deals like e.g. mortgage free for one yr, now they doing from $990 a month but one thing that area of king west/liberty villlage is going to blow...

The bridge I think since end of 2007 but West Side Lofts started in 2006 I heard but they modified floor plans the past yr or so

I went by the sales office yesterday... yes they going to extend sudbury st all the way down. heres couple of pics I took yesterday, they look to be diggin fast and said should be on time for spring 2010.... really nice condo but no pool!!

The Bridge condo was using the site as a parking lot for a while but looks like they finally fencing, closed the parking lot and will start digging!

thanks for the response calimehtar, which building did you purchase? I know they have couple of condos in king west and the king townhomes as well. did your place also close yet? if yes how long approx did it take to close?

I heard about the digging started for West Side Lofts I was by the Liberty Village area and stopped by the Bridge and saw them start fencing and had a construction vehicle there but they are still using it as a paid parking lot. I guess digging will start there soon too.
