Upgrades

I"m almost certain those are standard features, take a look at your purchase agreement

I'm also on the 13th floor so I guess I'll receive my notice soon
 
I know the under-mount sink is standard, they told me this and it is even mentioned on the website under features.

I am on the 18th floor and I do not have my purchase agreement handy but I am not so convinced regarding the smooth ceiling standard. I was in the sales office a few months ago and they told me this was an upgrade. Would be nice if it was standard because I know the folks in London were paying anywhere from $1700-2500 (depending on SqFt).

I am excited to see the upgrade price list! The upgrades that I know of are;

- Kitchen upgrade built-in appliances (approx. $7500)
- Kitchen pot lights ($750 per light)
- Kitchen Island pull-out oak table ($1500)
- Glass sliding doors to the bedroom ($1k per door)
- Glass wall insert for the 1+ den (wall between the bedroom and den)
- Hardwood in the bedroom
- And I know there will be other flooring, tile and countertop upgrade options for the kitchen and bathroom (glass tile, etc.)

Does anyone know of any other upgrades?

When is your design centre apt Kennyx? What floor are you on?

On the 13th.
The design center is near/attached to the sales office of Charlie. (dont have my meeting until June)

The design center is actually inside the sales office, tucked away behind the model suite. I had a peek when I visited the sales office and it looks quite nice. There are kitchen vignettes setup..
 
$750 per kitchen potlight? Are you sure it's not for all of them? It can't possibly be $750 for one light source.

you're right... had a look at the docs, and undermount sink is standard.


Anyways, walked past the site after lunch and it looks like they're finishing off the 10th floor.

Any chance you can post the prices of:
  • Glass Panel Wall (for those of us with the 1bed+den)
  • Smooth Ceiling upgrade (price per sq/ft)

I had a friend who had her meeting last week:
  • Stainless Steel Appliance upgrade: $1785
  • Upgrade to Slide-in Stove: $845
  • Light Receptacles for bedrooms (standard has no light overhead): $235/each bedroom
  • TV cabinets / Cosmetic candle fireplace wall section: $4000
  • The dining table attached to the island (image below), costs $1680

Update list

Does anyone have the full upgrade list/options for the units?

I would love to take a look so I can budget properly. I visited the sales office but they were not helpful and did not even have the list handy.

I am really interested to find out;

- Smooth ceiling upgrade per SQft
- Kitchen upgrade to built-ins (as per the former sales model)
- Bedroom hardwood per SQft
- Glass sliding doors vs the wood standard
- Kitchen backsplash upgrades

I am hoping they also have window covering options.......

I just spoke the the sales office and the design team as they called to book my apt for the upgrades.

They told me the smooth (flat) ceiling is NOT standard but an upgrade. They are working on adding it to the upgrade list as it was still being costed.
