Woodbine mall didn't even get a full renovation like westwood square mall did in malton.

Back in 2017, one could strive to reach llquidated enlightenment at the Woodbine Centre:
Then the price jumped to $10 once the instructor saw the state of the mall she would be teaching at.
"One must liquidate the body and mind in unity".
In all seriousness, (playing shows in the College/Spadina area), I know what it's like to perform in front of 4 people.
In that regard, I have to give the instructor props for remaining enthusiastic and professional in the above photo.

Posted this in the Rexdale Plaza thread and felt you fine folks here in our Woodbine Centre discussion would like to reminisce, too.

Style looks to be 1990's.

I heard that they're firm on the deal but it hasn't closed yet. Will be publicly announced after the closing.

Yeah, like Amazon would want to purchase lands zones for commercial use, rather than lease a build-to-suit warehouse in lands already zoned for that purpose.

I heard Amazon is buying Woodbine Live Casino instead , An amazon casino with no actual workers, no unions , just amazon robots running everything like blackjack tables , serving food , robot cop security guards , even a lounge band of Robots playing music

Also all the store that are in woodbine mall, should move to westwood square mall in malton. westwood has alot of spaces available.

Trust me. Woodbine mall could of been saved, but the stupid owner didnt want to save it. And here is the funny part, Westwood Square Mall in malton is going to get all the woodbine mall shoppers in the process. Since its the only mall that people can buy food and has a brand new shoppers drug mart.

Still waiting for an official announcement. Over at the Rexdale - Old Photos group, there's plenty of skeptics at the moment.

Trust me im over woodbine mall, i think westwood is in a better area. Woodbine mall is in the middle of nowhere.
if you want a rant, ill give a mini one
1) The current owner of woodbine mall is CRAP!
2) All those tennants that are in woodbine are going to lose their jobs!
3) If woodbine got the promised renovation from the crappy owner, woodbine mall could have been just as good as Square One mall, in mississauga
4) all the tennants can come and move to Westwood Square Mall, in malton mississauga
5) Maggino's was woodbine mall's LAST HOPE, but the owner blew it AGAIN!
6) woodbine did the bare minimum on renos, while: Westwood Square, Square One, Bramalea City Centre, Lawrence Allen Centre, Fairview Mall & Yorkdale mall did wonders with their renovations.
7) Woodbine mall Owner is cheap, and NOT worthy of running a groundbreaking mall that hit the masses in 1985.
8) Woodbine mall was better than westwood mall for a long time, until the "uno reverse" card kicked it & now its the other way around now.
9) If woodbine mall have "Shoppers Drug Mart" "A Supermarket" "Renovated The movie theater" & had a different owner, things could of been different.
10) Should have sold the mall to a different owner that CARES, oh wait let me say that again CARESSSSS about the mall.
